How to Manage your Mental Health During Lockdown
We have discovered recent health information to “prevent stress.” Just as COVID-19 interrupts every element of our work, family, and life, this is unrealistic. A certain amount of stress could be a reasonably useful part of everyday life, something we can use to learn, grow, and expand beyond our comfort zones. However, because psychologists have found that the inability to control a circumstance when we think we should or should have been in control can improve our stress levels. We all respond to stress differently. It is also imperative not to discard it.
The problem with anxiety and burnout is that it can sneak in. In our highly interconnected world, where technology has found its way into every aspect of our lives, we are so used to being “in” that it is easy to miss the signals we need to change. Our attitude towards the crew is such that we need to scale down and expand. And with so many of us working from home for a not too distant future, it can be hard to know how to announce the end.
